Payment is made before any art is drawn. This includes sketches.

I do not negotiate prices. Package prices + the cost of any additional details i mentioned above that would cost extra = the price. If you do not like that price, then find someone else to commission or chose less details/a cheaper package.

Do not use any art of mine, including commissions, for commercial purposes. This includes NFTs, selling my art as a print/prints, using my art on merchandise, etc.

i do not do refunds. Even if you are unsatisfied with my work, you do not get a refund. What you are paying for is a service not a good. I try to create art that my commissioners will enjoy. That is always my priority. I give frequent progress updates while im working on the art to ask for opinions, changes, etc. That is when you can tell me what you're dissatisfied with. Do not wait until the last second to tell me and then try to get a refund.

please do not rush me. I am a Highschool student and i have a life outside of the internet. I'm happy to give you updates on how things are going, but please do not message me constantly asking when your commission is going to be done. I have other commissions and art due as well.

You can alter the designs as long as they are recognizable

You can re-sell or trade customs away, after you buy it it's yours.

Characters can be taken away and ownership revoked if i see you've scammed people to get art of the character, or have broken any other parts of my ToS.
